1.認(rèn)證背景
自從歐盟脫離之后，UKCA認(rèn)證作為一個(gè)全新的認(rèn)證，在英國(guó)的英格蘭、威爾士和蘇格蘭地區(qū)實(shí)行。
UKCA認(rèn)證于2021年1月1日生效。但為了讓企業(yè)有時(shí)間適應(yīng)新要求，經(jīng)過兩次推遲后，目前企業(yè)出口英國(guó)產(chǎn)品仍然可以在2025年1月1日之前使用CE證書。
另外，UKCA標(biāo)志不適用于北愛爾蘭，北愛爾蘭將會(huì)繼續(xù)采用CE認(rèn)證。
2.認(rèn)證范圍
UKCA涵蓋了以前需要CE認(rèn)證的絕大部分商品。UK法規(guī)也基本照搬了EU法規(guī)，兩者對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系如下：

3.認(rèn)證流程
合格評(píng)定是制造商在將某些類別的產(chǎn)品投放市場(chǎng)之前必須遵循的過程。
合格評(píng)定的具體流程因產(chǎn)品而異，但通常涉及以下幾個(gè)或所有步驟：
步驟1：確定法規(guī)
產(chǎn)品可能涉及一個(gè)或多個(gè)UK法規(guī)；如果涉及多個(gè)法規(guī)則必須全部滿足。
步驟2：確定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
通過滿足相應(yīng)的安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，制造商可以“符合性推定”滿足了UK法規(guī)的相關(guān)安全要求。
如果沒有與產(chǎn)品安全方面相關(guān)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，則需要采用其他方式來證明已將相關(guān)的安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)降至***低。
步驟3：機(jī)構(gòu)認(rèn)證(如適用)
對(duì)于某些產(chǎn)品，合格評(píng)定可由制造商自行完成(Declaration of conformity)；而對(duì)于另外一些產(chǎn)品則可能需要由公告機(jī)構(gòu)認(rèn)證(EC Attestation of conformity)。
